The Community Medicine Project nourishes our community by providing free, easy access to herbal medicines and plant relatives through the Community U-Pick Garden in downtown Ithaca, herbal medicine preparations, and a limited selection of free herbal plants throughout the growing season.

Herbal Medicine Preparation
Offering herbal consultations at our downtown Ithaca location for all community members, through our community herbalists on team. Community members also have access to a small collection of plant medicines in our apothecary, for free.
Community U-Pick Garden @ Press Bay Court
Seasonal access to herbal plant medicines in the Community U-Pick raised beds, tended to by our team.
Limited Selection of Free Medicinal Plants
Offering a seasonal limited supply of free medicinal/herbal plants via our “Free Plant Table.” This offering is not on a pre-scheduled basis, visit our Instagram or Facebook to be notified of free plant offerings.
